Development and Performance Evaluation of Catalyst for Productive Ethylene Cracking Feedstock in Selective Hydrocracking of Straight Run Diesel Oil

The upgrading of diesel oil to produce ethylene rich cracking feedstock is an important and promising technical route reduce the ratio gasoline. In present work, a hydrocracking catalyst suitable for selective straight run high-quality at low cost was developed, by optimizing composition support materials, using amorphous silicon aluminum oxide with high mesopore content as main support, modified Y zeolite excellent aromatic ring opening selectivity acidic component. has in-depth characterized X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning N2-low temperature adsorption-desorption, NH3-temperature-programmed desorption, IR techniques. And its catalytic performance evaluated. results show that prepared polycyclic hydrocarbon selectivity. However, alkanes retained in distillates can achieve goal producing more feedstocks BMCI value under moderate pressure conditions. This work may shed significant insight refining transformation.
